If you find yourself in Brooklyn (167 N. 8th St.) anytime soon you must stop by Pop’s.  The burger joint opened last year courtesy of Blue&Cream fam John Seymour and his beautiful wife Fallon.  The restaurant is opened until 1AM sunday-thrursday and until 4AM friday + saturday and they serve beer!!! Besides serving a great quality burger they have a full menu of salads, appetizers, sandwiches + get this…breakfast served all day. Pop’s is host to the annual Brooklyn Hot Dog Eating Contest which takes place sometime over the summer. So “pop” on by and say you heard it here first.
