How to shop online

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking "View Cart" at the top of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on the cart detail page.

Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the left of items, and then by clicking "recalculate" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart.

The merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Coupons may not be combined or stacked.

Item availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.

Payment Policy

Blue&Cream will charge your credit card account immediately when you place your order. Refunds are processed on a case by case basis.

All payment information transmitted to Blue&Cream is secured by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your information. No credit card information is stored on our servers for any reason at any time.

Modifications Before Shipping

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Blue&Cream accepts all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, and Master Card. We also accept payment via PayPal and Amazon.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only to customers in states where Blue&Cream has a physical presence. Currently this is only New York State.

How can I track my order?

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is processed and shipped.

Guidelines

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will begin processing that day. All orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Blue&Cream will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use FedEX for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

We are pleased to offer the full suite of Fed Ex's available shipping options.

International Shipping

International shipping cost is based on several factors, including total cost of items, the weight of the package, and the destination. At time of checkout please enter your full address for Fed Ex to determine the exact shipping cost.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Blue&Cream, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Blue&Cream. Blue&Cream has made every effort to minimize our Non-U.S shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. Receiving Your Return Authorization:
  1. Contact Blue&Cream customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) within 5 days of delivery by emailing [email protected]
  2. Once you have received approval, fill out the RA form that is provided with your shipment.
  3. Blue&Cream will only accept returns with a proper Return Authorization number. This number should be printed on the outside of the package.
Receiving a Refund:

Only full priced items are eligible for a refund. A Return Authorization must be requested within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. A full refund will be extended once a Return has been Authorized and the Return Authorization process is followed.

Returned Merchandise must be accompanied by your original receipt, and merchandise must be in its original condition. Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Once Returned Merchandise is processed, Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the participating banks processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this process. However, www.blueandcream.com will email you receipt confirming your refund once the merchandise has been received and processed. To request receipt, please email [email protected] with your original order #.

Please note: Returns may incur a small processing fee.

Further policies that relate to Returns or Return Authorizations are as follows:

  1. All Sale items are final sale.
  2. Swimwear, underwear, accessories, body suits, and discounted/sale merchandise are considered FINAL SALE and no Return Authorization will be granted.
  3. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
  4. Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels and may only be returned for a size exchange.
  5. International sales are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return/exchange for any reason.
  6. Items returned without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. The additional shipping cost incurred will be automatically charged to your account.
  7. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Late Returns:

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 5 days. Returns outside this window are considered Final Sale.

Faulty Goods:

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair items if faulty. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Price Matching:

Blue&Cream is happy to extend special consideration for "price match" requests on an order if request is submitted prior to purchase. Please be aware that the "price match" function implies that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at a competitive retailer at the time your request is made, or a "price match" adjustment may not be accommodated.

Exchanges:

There is a $10 shipping charge to exchange items for a different size. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Simply request an RA number by contacting Blue&Cream customer service.

Unauthorized Returns:

Returns that do not meet the qualifications for a returnable item will be returned to sender or a credit will be issued less a "Restocking Fee" of Blue&Cream's determination.

Exchanges

Blue&Cream accepts exchanges on like items if the following conditions are met:

  1. Customer obtains a Return Authorization code from Blue&Cream by emailing us at [email protected]
  2. The exchanged item meets all Return Policy requirements.
  3. The item requested for the exchange is identical (except size and color) to the item originally ordered.
  4. The item requested for the exchange is in stock.

ALL Returns and Exchanges not meeting any of the above criteria will be returned at the customers expense. Blue&Cream recommends insuring all packages, as Blue&Cream is not responsible for any packages sent by customers.

Privacy Policy

Blue & Cream LLC will neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. Blue&Cream encourages you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. Because Blue&Cream respects your privacy, we have procedures to ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe, secure, and responsible manner. If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. Blue&Cream will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

Cookies enhance our ability to serve you by recalling information such as shopping preferences and shopping cart contents. The use of tracking tools and cookies are industry standard - you'll find them at most major web sites. Blue&Cream's site is fully operational without cookies; they can be disabled on your computer if you wish.

*If unauthorized purchases are made with your credit card to blueandcream.com, please contact your credit card company first. Federal law requires credit card companies to reimburse any unauthorized charges above $50. If your credit card company will not refund the remaining $50, we will cover the charge.
