How to shop online

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking "View Cart" at the top of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on the cart detail page.

Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the left of items, and then by clicking "recalculate" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. At this point if you have not registered with us before, you will need to click on “register” to sign-up for a new account. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account.

The merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Item availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.


Payment Policy

Blue&Cream will charge your credit card account immediately when you place your order. Refunds are processed on a case by case basis.

All payment information transmitted to Blue&Cream is secured by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your information. No credit card information is stored on our servers for any reason at any time.

Cancellations before Shipping

Please be advised that all canceled orders, will result in a 4% fee, once the order has been placed.



Which credit cards do you accept?

Blue&Cream accepts all major credit cards including American Express Visa and Master Card.


Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only to customers in states where Blue&Cream has a physical presence. Currently this is only New York State.


How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully approved, processed and shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

How can I modify my order?

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.


Guidelines

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2-3 days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 2-3 days. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Blue&Cream will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Domestic shipping costs and methods

UPS rates for domestic orders are charged at a flat rate: Ground ($10), 2nd Day ($20) and Next Day ($30). Please note: Shipping costs for Next Day and 2nd Day services may be subject to change depending on your location. These prices are for continental United States orders only. Canada orders are calculated specifically to the recipient's address. We do not use United States Parcel Service (USPS) for our shipping. Blue&Cream does not charge handling fees.

Additional charges may apply to west coast overnight orders. You will be notified by our online department if this applies to your order.

Please note, your order will not go out for delivery until we receive your authorization for the additional cost.

International Shipping costs, methods and disclosures

International shipping is based on several factors, including total cost of items, the weight of the package, and the destination. At time of checkout please choose option International Shipping. Shipping Costs will be emailed to you and customer can choose whether or not to accept the shipping charges. Please note: Additional shipping charges may be processed after completed orders due to unforseen handling/delivery costs.
Options such as "Free Shipping for orders over $500" are not valid for international orders. Ground shipping options are only valid for continental United States orders.
Additionally, international customers must acknowledge that they have reviewed and accept the policies stated on blueandcream.com

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited - UPS provides customs-cleared delivery to more than 50 destination countries. Most shipments to Europe or Asia are delivered within 5 to 10 business days after leaving Blue&Cream.

    PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges include brokerage fees (excludes standard shipping to Canada) but do not include taxes or duties. Contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Blue&Cream, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Blue&Cream. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Blue&Cream has made every effort to minimize our Non-U.S shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.     What is your return policy?

    Blueandcream.com does not issue refunds.

    Blueandcream.com only issues Return Authorizations for items purchased online in exchange for an ONLINE STORE CREDIT which may be used to purchase goods online at www.blueandcream.com but may also be presented at Blue&Cream retail locations for use in person.

    Blueandcream.com issues store credits only after Online Return protocol is followed. Online store credits are only valid for 6 months from the issue date.

    Online Return Protocol:

    In order to return an item you are dissatisfied with for any reason, a Return Request must be sent via email to ESTORE@BLUEANDCREAM.COM stating your online order#, your desire to return your items, and stating the reason why you are dissatisfied with the item you have purchased. Once your request is received, a Return Authorization will be issued only if your return request was initiated within three (3) days of the receipt of your order. Returns initiated after this 3 day grace period will be considered Final Sale.

    If criteria are met, a Return Authorization will be emailed to the customer with instructions for making the return, after which time an ONLINE STORE CREDIT will be issued only after the following criteria are met:

    1. Returned goods must be shipped back to Blue&Cream at provided address within 2 days of receipt of Return Authorization.
    2. All Returned or Exchanged goods have undergone a quality control check which will determine that the Item has not been worn or washed, the item has not been changed, altered, or otherwise modified, and the item has all the original tags attached.

    Further policies which relate to Returns or Return Requests are as follows:

    1. BIKINIS, UNDERWEAR, SHOES, ACCESSORIES and DISCOUNTED/SALE MERCHANDISE are considered FINAL SALE and no Return Authorization will be granted.
    2. INTERNATIONAL SALES are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return for any reason. NO exchanges or returns for INTERNATIONAL SALES.
    3. All SALE/DISCOUNTED purchases are FINAL SALE, Returns or Exchange requests on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.
    4. Any costs incurred by Blue&Cream for Shipping will be deducted from your credited $ amount.
    5. Returns sent back to any Blue & Cream location without first obtaining a Return Authorization code will be sent back to the recipient, and the customer will be charged for the shipping costs.
    6. Items that are sent back without a Return Authorization code will not be accepted by our warehouse staff. The additional shipping cost incurred will be automatically charged to your credit card.

    In the event a Damaged Item is claimed to be received Blue&Cream will issue a conditional Return Authoriztion (RA) to inspect the garment if the following conditions are met:

    1. Photo of claimed damage is emailed to Estore@blueandcream.com
    2. Item is promptly sent back within 48 hours upon receipt of RA to Blue&Cream return address.

    If the item is proven to have been shipped in a visibly damaged condition by some fault of www.blueandcream.com, Blue&Cream may issue a refund to the purchaser's credit card following directions of the Online Return Protocol.

    Exchange Policy

    Blue&Cream accepts exchanges on like items if the following conditions are met:

    1. Customer obtains a Return Authorization code from Blue&Cream by emailing us at estore@BlueandCream.com
    2. The exchanged item meets all Return Policy requirements.
    3. The item requested for the exchange is identical (except size and color) to the item originally ordered.
    4. The item requested for the exchange is in stock.

    ALL Returns and Exchanges not meeting any of the above criteria will be returned at the customers expense. Blue&Cream recommends insuring all packages, as Blue&Cream is not responsible for any packages sent by customers.


    How to Request a Return/Exchange

    To request a return or exchange, please email us at estore@BlueandCream.com and include the following information:

    1. Your order number found on the packing slip or email receipt.
    2. Your reason for returning/exchanging the item.
    3. If the request is for an exchange, please include the size or color that suits your needs.

    PLEASE NOTE : Return requests not meeting the above conditions will NOT be accepted.


    Where do I send my return or exchange?

    Once you email estore@BlueandCream.com , you will then be provide with additional instruction

    Reminder: Blue&Cream recommends that you insure your packages, as Blue&Cream does not accept any responsibility for packages sent by customers.


    How do I make a return or exchange?

    Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).


    Privacy Policy

    Blue & Cream LLC will neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. Blue&Cream encourages you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. Because Blue&Cream respects your privacy, we have procedures to ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe, secure, and responsible manner. If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. Blue&Cream will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

    Cookies enhance our ability to serve you by recalling information such as shopping preferences and shopping cart contents. The use of tracking tools and cookies are industry standard - you'll find them at most major web sites. Blue&Cream's site is fully operational without cookies; they can be disabled on your computer if you wish.

    *If unauthorized purchases are made with your credit card to blueandcream.com, please contact your credit card company first. Federal law requires credit card companies to reimburse any unauthorized charges above $50. If your credit card company will not refund the remaining $50, we will cover the charge.
