How To Shop Online

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking "View Cart" at the top of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on the cart detail page.

Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the left of items, and then by clicking "recalculate" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart.

The merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Coupons may not be combined or stacked.

Item Availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.

Payment Policy

Blue&Cream will charge your credit card account immediately when you place your order. Refunds are processed on a case by case basis.

All payment information transmitted to Blue&Cream is secured by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your information. No credit card information is stored on our servers for any reason at any time.

Coupon Codes

Customers may not combine cash back sites with coupon codes (ie: Extrabux, Ebates, etc)

Coupon codes cannot be combined with other codes or store credits

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Blue&Cream accepts all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, and Master Card. We also accept payment via PayPal and Amazon.

How can I track my order?

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is processed and shipped.


Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will begin processing that day. All orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Blue&Cream will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use FedEX for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.


When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST process on the same day. All orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Ground shipping is 3-5 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped from our warehouse.

How do I use a Coupon Code?

You may enter your coupon code at the checkout screen. Only one coupon code may be used at a time. Coupon codes cannot be combined with store credits

How do I Return/Exchange my order?

Initiate your return in our Returns Center portal or by emailing [email protected]

Do you price match?

Blue&Cream is happy to price match if the request is submitted prior to your purchase. Please be aware that the price match function implies that the exact style and size of an item is available for purchase at a competitive retailer at the time your request is made. Coupons cannot be used when price matching. Any price-matched items are considered final sale.

Can I modify my order?

For security purposes, shipping addresses may not be modified. Please contact Blue&Cream customer service if you need a different size Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only to customers in states where Blue&Cream has a physical presence. Currently this is only New York State. For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties/taxes which are billed directly by Fedex

What items are excluded from coupons?

All Canada Goose, All Nike footwear, Selected styles of the following: Aviator Nation, Cotton Citizen, L'Agence, NSF, Moussy, Sunday St Tropez, Stone Island, Wheelers.V, and Zimmermann.
